A big thank you to Derek Nichols, supervisor for Comanche County Eastern District No. 1, and his crew for patching several areas at the Lawton Public Schools Transportation Center on Thursday. Their work on the bus parking lot helps ensure our bus drivers have a smoother and safer ride as they transport thousands of students each day. Small improvements like these make a big difference for our transportation team and, ultimately, for the students and families we serve.
